On the one hand, it offers inspirational projects and is fun and creative. But it also has a serious side in developing team building and collaborative skills, with full facilitation, monitoring and feedback.
It is definitely NOT the team away day spent firing paint at each other or making a raft out of four pieces of balsa and a length of rope. Nor is it a day stuck staring at organisational development concepts charted up on a whiteboard.
The project tasks in the programme are geared towards creating and generating a modern, relevant product which you or your people might use for internal or external marketing.
