Colin Henney combines a number of careers: in addition to being an experienced employment lawyer, he is owner of H2R2 Limited, offering support to HR consultancies. He is also an active professional musician across many musical genres, and is in demand as a session keyboards player as well as being a permanent member of a number of live and recording bands.
He has managed a law firm, been an ACAS trainer and has also established an employment relations consultancy. He has been involved in significant training and development projects for the likes of Shell, BP, EDS and TK Maxx. Colin is a member of the Association for Coaching and is also an accredited mediator.
Steve Redfearn is a professional recording engineer and producer. He is an experienced leader of teams at senior and Director level. In 1998, he founded an innovative food business, for which he established pioneering business processes. He led the company to a highly successful, UK market leading position and in 2005, negotiated a sale to one of the largest ingredients businesses in the world.
He is the owner of Rockhopper Studios Ltd., a groundbreaking supplier of recording and music production services for entertainment and education. Steve is a trained TQ facilitator and a member of The Coaching Academy.
David Hall is MD of his own highly successful IT business, combining customer support service with the manufacture of novel multimedia hardware. He has noted expertise in internet based communication systems. He is a highly active member of his local business and professional community. David also works at a senior level for Rockhopper Studios Ltd.
He has first-rate experience of team building and management and, as a current active member of a number of charities, his services are in regular demand as a dedicated worker for community matters.
